When a space is offered and accepted, a fee of $185.00 will immediately be required per child. This $185.00 fee includes:
- $35.00 non-refundable registration fee
- Deposit of $150.00 that will be returned when both of the following criteria are met:
- Supervisor receives four (4) weeks written notice of withdrawal.
- Payment for attendance of at least four (4) full weeks (1 calendar month).
Parents are responsible for payment of fees during this four (4) week period and the deposit will be returned in the form of a cheque at the end of the four weeks of notice. With appropriate notice the unused portion of the prepaid monthly fee will be refunded by cheque on a pro-rated basis. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid at the time of registration. In addition the balance of the last month’s fees will be required.
If a request is made to withdraw your child prior to their expected start of enrolment or prior to the completion of their first full month of enrolment, there will be no refund issued for the deposit and/or any fees paid.
In the event the bank returns any cheques marked NSF, the parent will be required to replace the payment immediately by cash, money order or certified cheque. An NSF fee of $30.00 will be charged. A late payment fee of $5.00/per day will be charged to any accounts not received by the first (1st) of each month.
