All Kids Come First Educators, students and volunteers will read the Program Statement prior to employment or prior to interacting with children, when the statement has been modified, and on an annual basis. Educators will sign an annual acknowledgment (or at any time the program statement is modified) that they have reviewed and understand the Centre’s Program statement.
The Program Statement is a living document that will be reviewed and modified to ensure that it is in line with current ideologies, best practices and in line with Kids Come First policies. Kids Come First Child Care Services will review the program statement annually, or at any time when the program statement is modified and will ensure that it is aligned with Minister’s policy statement on learning.
